Use a power bar. In your office or area where your computer is, plug your electronics into a power bar. Rather than having to shut off your computer, printer and lights when you're done for the night, simply flip the switch on the power bar to shut off the electronics from drawing power, even when the items are off.

What is a "Cash Advance"?
A cash advance is just what it sounds like: a short-term advance that lets you get cash before your next pay day. (Cash recipients use their paychecks as collateral, which is why they're sometimes called "payday advances.")
People take out cash advances usually to cover life's small, often unexpected expenses such as car repairs or medical bills. They like the fact that they can apply right online, and enjoy the speed and security of having funds deposited right into a bank account. And since the money is transferred electronically, the borrower can usually have the advance within 24 hours of being approved.
